Promote your freshest products, seasonal picks, and most accessible items through Freshop Recipes. Freshop adds new recipes weekly, however, each store can also add their own home-town flavor by uploading local, personalized dishes
It’s summer and with it comes backyard picnics, BBQs, and gatherings of all sorts. Need a new recipe to add to the lineup? The Freshop Test Kitchen adds up to three new recipes per week to its database, giving stores, even more, ways to promote their products. All recipe ingredients may be tied to store-specific products, with association differentiated by store and availability. This is an ideal way to highlight your store brands and local suppliers. If an item is associated to a recipe but is not available in all locations, it will not show as an associated option when viewing the recipe from a store it isn’t carried in. If you use the “Add Ingredients To List” button all associated products will be added to the list.
Additionally, shoppers can still select preferred items, which may be different from the product originally associated to an ingredient. When adding single products from a recipe to a list, a modal will appear with the associated product displayed along with the ability to add the product to their list or search for a different product.
Personalize your recipes by uploading ones that are relatable and enjoyed in your region. With Freshop Recipes shoppers can find more recipes, more often for more courses such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, appetizers, snacks, salads, and seafood. Recipes are also searchable by difficulty level as well from expert to kid-friendly. Further, Freshop has set the stage to filter recipes based on dietary restrictions, for instance, low sugar, gluten-free, low fat, and vegan.
